If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Exchanges and returns are accepted within 15 days from the date of delivery.
If you wish to return an item please email us at email@example.com with a brief explanation and we will work quickly to process your return.
We also do not give refunds on:
-- Cancelled custom orders once the order has been placed and processed
-- Shipped custom orders
-- Clearance sale or reduced price items
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you by email within 5-7 business days.If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. Note: Your banking institution may require additional days to process the transaction
Shipping costs paid at the time of original sale are nonrefundable. If your refund is approved, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
