Shipping Policy

 DELIVERY TIME

Please allow 1 - 2 weeks for production and shipping. Although some pieces can be shipped immediately it isn't guaranteed.  If you do need your item quickly please contact us and we will always do our best to accommodate you.

SHIPPING METHODS

We ship within Canada and the United States.

Orders within Canada will be shipped via Canada Post and orders within the United States will be shipped via USPS.  All tracking will be available through Canada Post as this is the origin of the shipment.

Please provide a valid street address for delivery. We are not able to deliver to PO Box addresses.

We ship and package our products with the utmost love and care.  Our shipping rates are calculated according to your location and the number of products you've purchased to ensure that you don't spend any more than you need to! You can also choose how soon you will receive your order.

 

 TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Tracking for regular shipping service including US orders will be done by Canada Post.  You will receive a confirmation email or a text message depending on what preference you chose at the time of checkout.   This will include your tracking number and a link to follow your package on it's route. Please allow 1 - 3 working days for the tracking information to show. It is possible that the tracking information may not update quickly enough but you will still receive your order. 

Please note that holidays can impact the expected delivery date.

UNDELIVERED ITEMS 
If the order is returned to us, we will charge restocking fees if there was an  error in the shipping address. If a shipment is refused at the door or cannot be delivered for any reason outside of our control, we will deduct these fees from the refund, which will then be added to the normal restocking fee (see return policy).
