If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, exchanges and returns are accepted within 15 days from the day of delivery. Any item ordered may be exchanged for either a different model or the same model of a different size or color. Exchanges are subject to availability.
If you wish to return an item please email your return request to firstname.lastname@example.org with a brief explanation and we will work quickly to process your return. We will send you a shipping label by return email which you can print out and attach to your parcel.
We also do not give refunds on:
- Cancelled custom orders once the order has been placed and processed
- Shipped custom orders
- Clearance sale or reduced price items
You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. All returns require that you have the receipt or proof of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
All merchandise must be unwashed and unworn. If there are any marks of deodorant or makeup the item will not be returnable. Also if there is any indication of stressed seams or trimmings due to a garment not fitting this will also not be acceptable for return.
- All hangtags and labels must be attached to the garment(s).
- All garments are subject to inspection.
- Shipping and duty costs are not refunded.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you by email within 5-7 business days that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. Note: Your banking institution may require additional days to process the transaction
Shipping costs paid at the time of original sale are nonrefundable. If your refund is approved, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. For more information, see our Shipping Information.
